Gladly, I found a copy of the “legendary” Ultronic Panoramic camera (which is hard to find over here). The original one was given away as a gift together with an issue of the Time Magazine. The one I found on Ebay Germany doesn’t have the Ultronic writing on the front, but it seems it’s identical in contruction.

It’s really cheap manufactured. Therefore, it has only a fixed shutter speed and aperture: 1/125 and f11. Well… tricky. But once film is exposed correctly, sometimes (I’ve no clue why not always) you get pictures that have a charming blurr on the edges (or only in one edge - how cool is that) and a nice, uneven border around the frame.

Plus, noone will take you serious on the streets. Awesome. : DThere’s also a group for this baby on flickr: click.
