Tired of been addicted to bus bars when shooting with the studio flash, I just bought a mobile USV (Uninterruptible Power Supply). While the pro-stuff is way too expensive for me right now, I had to look after a cheaper method… and i (hopefully) found one: click. Actually designed for computers it also can be used for studio flashes. At least, that’s what I’ve read in the fotocommunity. I’ll post a little review when I made first experiences with it.

Last weekend I spend quite a bit of time on shooting some more “pirate” pictures - this time in a warehouse of a shop for ancient stuff. Actually, most of the time we tried to built some sort of a movie set out of.. well.. everything. That’s really not easy. :-) But it’s a great experience every time again and I’m glad that I can work with people who like to act a bit. Thanks to you guys! I’d love to do some more “cinematic” shots in the future.
